Does NOT LEAK. Only overflows when you don’t empty pot from last brew. I see a lot of reviews saying this thing leaks. I bet money anybody saying this just forgot to empty the pot first. It’s happened to me twice too. Here’s how it happens: Make coffee; don’t finish entire pot; forget; make coffee again; pot overflows. You’re trying to put 10 cups of water into a 10 cup pot that already had 3 cups in it (for example). They listened to my story and after I gave then some numbers off the unit told me that they would replace it. Since they did not have any of the 10 cup in stock, they sent me the 12 cup unit. It arrived about a week later. I am sorry to give…
