The bean of my dreams. I’m still looking for the perfect home-made espresso, but there are so many variables I haven’t hit on it yet. SO FAR, these are the best beans I’ve tried: they are deep and rich without being oily. They grind nicely fine in my grinder, without clogging or sticking. At least I can count on one variable being settled: Lavazza Top Class Whole Beans are the one for me.
