Perfect Espresso mix IMPRESSIVE!I have tried nearly all types of Lavazza coffee beans, I ended up using a couple to mix with other beans in order to create the perfect espresso… but this one is nearly the perfect espresso already.The amount of foam is superb even with fine grind levels, but the taste is of perfect body with slight acidity and bitter aftertaste. No wonder this type of Lavazza is more expensive than the rest.A closer look at the beans and one can see different colors…
Great for a SuperAutomatic We mostly drink milk based espresso drinks from a super automatic. These beans are full bodied and have a dark chocolate flavor. Since the Jura superautomatic that we use benefits from non oily beans, this Lavazza really fits the bill. We are also big fans of Illy but the Lavazza is similar for a lot less money.
Good espresso The package arrived after a long delay, not the fault of the shipper but our US Post Office. The coffee is very good for espresso made by an automatic machine.
