Not bad, but peculiar Rating coffee beans is very subjective, but here goes. I find these coffee beans to be excellent in every way except one. The coffee has full flavor with no bitterness. However, here’s the peculiar issue for me. The taste is neither good nor bad (leaning towards being good), but it is the most unusual taste I’ve every experienced. Great coffee for drip/ pour over machines I really enjoy this coffee. I visited France a couple of years ago, and the coffee there is not even comparable to what most Americans drink. I thought that coffee was supposed to be bitter and make you wince a bit, but the smoothness of what I received at European coffee shops amazed me.
