Gold Selection vs. Super Crema My review isn’t so much about how good this espresso bean is because it’s just fantastic. Very smooth but a bit weak for me We ordered this as it was recommended for our superautomatic coffee/espresso machine. The machine functions much better with these beans as they are not oily and oily beans clog up these machines. This particular roast is smooth and I could drink it as a shot without needing milk or sugar as I normally would. However, for a cappuccino, latte, or Americano, even with 2 shots it’s not very rich or bold. The flavor is good so I think I will just try another roast from the Lavazza brand.
