Counterfeit Coffee or Low Quality Coffee – Beware! I am a long time fan of Green Mountain Nantucket Blend and I used to buy this coffee locally at the grocery store or directly through Keurig. I turned to Amazon to buy this coffee in bulk and save money. However I am sad to report that I have received counterfeit coffee or, at the very least, lesser quality product. Some box’s have 4 or 5 bad cups and some box’s have all defective cups Tired of defective cups. Every order I get has defective cups, spits out half a cup with all the grounds and have to run a clean cycle. Some box’s have 4 or 5 bad cups and some box’s have all defective cups. Think the problem is the plastic cup supplied by who ever makes them, the quality of the cup is probably at the top of the acceptably spec. Will not purchase any Green Mountain coffee again. I have had this problem with Green Mountain K Cups for the last 5 months.
I honestly thought it was my coffee maker but I put another brand and is works fine. This is my second box this has happened I have bought all kinds off these I have never had a problem till recently. These little cups are bursting from the side which makes a mess in my coffee maker and ruins the coffee. Pictures here.
