Okay, but not great; but for $22 . . . ? This arrived without any directions and if it was not described as having a removable lid I am not sure I would have figured that out because it is not that obvious. This is the first time I have touched one of these other than to dispense liquid for myself in a coffee shop or restaurant so I am not at all sure whether more expensive brands would be better made, but this one has to be treated with care in my view. The catch is fairly flimsy. The open/close label is a piece of metalicized paper…

black lid cover incinerated by the hot moisture This thermal I bought it at 2014 March now its black lip cover was falling apart like been incinerated by the hot moisture… We saw the black dust in the water about a year ago… and not know it was from this thermal pot… UNTIL NOW! the cover was totally falling down… This was make me very angry…. we had drunk this plastic with water not knowing and just thought it was ok it was from the Brita water Filter… BUT actually was not!!!Dangerous!!!

SOFT SELL, HARD PUSH This airpot is just what i wanted! It kept tea hot for many hours; 7 to be exact, and kept iced tea cold for about the same amount of time. The key is to pre-heat the cannister for hot drinks (use boiling water and let sit for about 20 mins) and add ice for the cool drinks. While this was an easy choice for me to make when purchasing, I must say that the only complaint – and why it received four instead of five stars – is that the push mechanism is not very ergonomic, in fact it is VERY awkward…
