Fresh Roasted Coffee, Organic Green Unroasted Guatemalan Huehuetenango Coffee Beans, Fair Trade

Roasted Coffee Cupping Notes: Milk Chocolate, Orange, Well-Balanced

Our organic and Fair Trade Guatemala Huehuetenango green coffee is an amazing varietal with a very adaptable nature. We suggest roasting this green coffee to a medium to medium-dark roast level to ensure none of the delicate flavors are lost. High-grown Guatemalan coffees such as this are prized for their balanced and flavorful body.

Fresh Roasted Coffee

The Fresh Roasted Coffee process begins at the source. Our coffees are chosen and established with great love and greater yet – consideration of origin, flavor profile and quality. All of these components help us to deliver consistent, exceptional coffee with true approachability.

Coffee Storage

The way coffee is stored is essential to keeping it fresh and ready to enjoy. Unroasted Coffee should be protected from heat, light, and moisture. Storing even green coffee in conditions that expose it to these elements will allow for the coffee to lose its flavor rapidly. Your unroasted coffee should be stored out of direct sunlight and at room temperature. Coffee should not be stored in the refrigerator or the freezer, nor should it be stored in an area subject to changes in heat or humidity.

What Is In My Coffee?

100% unroasted Arabica coffee beans, no additives, artificial flavors or preservatives.

Needs creamer Drinking this coffee straight with a french press isn’t the best, and you can miss out entirely on the orange flavor. Adding a bit of chocolate milk (my choice for creamer) brought out the orange taste well enough to change my opinion. Seemed to be a bit dark without the creamer to be considered balanced. Your kitchen will smell like oranges after opening the package. Not bad if you know how to dress a coffee.4/11/2019Found out that my previous electric kettle has been wonky…

Delicious Bang for the buck! First time I bought this product, first time I ground it last night and brewed my personal mug this morning. Super delicious! Guatemala is usually my favorite style that I get via starbucks for $15 a pound. This stuff is even better and just as, or even more delicious. Also a great bang for the buck. Hopefully it is actually fair trade organic… don’t always believe the stamps. Also the beans have a nice oily sheen when they come out of the bag, and it’s a nice moist grind if that…

mellow, smooth and delicious A great every day coffee with a good price. Several purchases reveal some inconsistency in the product. First example was very fresh, the second a little stale. There is no question that fresh coffee makes a huge difference in flavor but with no ‘born on date’ one is left wondering how old it is. With a ‘best by’ date more than 6 months away, it makes me wonder if ‘Fresh Roasted’ is only a marketing attempt…
