Our shade-grown, organic coffee is cultivated in the volcanic soil of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas highlands in Mexico. After carefully roasting and brewing the beans, we concentrate the coffee by evaporation, and finish it off by spray-drying it into a pure instant powder. As a final step, we run each coffee batch through a third-party laboratory to ensure the absence of mycotoxins.

Surprisingly good! I was a little pessimistic about this coffee since I usually dont like instant coffee. I usually have to have my fresh ground coffee, but we are trying to incorporate mushrooms into our diet for their medicinal value so we decided to try this. It wasnt quite as good as the fresh ground stuff, but I was surprised at how good it still was. We will be getting it again and having it on a regular basis.
This is actually pretty great!! Definitely waaaaay better than coffee by itself. It keeps you feeling steady without the coffee crash or jitters or sweats. I highly recommend it, feels healthy and less traumatic on the body.
Great choice Iâm so glad I tried this Iâve replaced Regular coffee with this and Iâm so glad I did
