Well we got this one at the end of November 2016 and by mid January 2017 it wasn’t working any more. It sounds like it is perking but when you look at the coffee, it is just hot water. I would love to get a refund or replacement.

Half-Way Decent Coffee Pot, Terrible Customer Service I have purchased three of these coffee pots, all of them from Amazon. Everything was fine. The first one I left plugged in and empty and apparently burned out the element. My fault. I purchased another one. It was good. I took it to our vacation home where it still functions.
