Proceed with caution if you have problems with excess of histamine and oxalate. I found out after trying this as a morning beverage…that some of the ingredients are high in oxalate and/or histamine. I became ill with intestinal problems after drinking this. Most people are probably fine with using this coffee substitute; but bear in mind that dandelion has fairly potent effect on the body. More so for some people and less so for others. The taste of this was good…similar to weak coffee.
