It also has recipes from each but I was disappointed that the author changed each to her “tastes” instead … An interesting little book with lots of history about the tea rooms of a bygone era. It also has recipes from each but I was disappointed that the author changed each to her “tastes” instead of leaving the recipes original. But, in spite of that I will probably try them all anyway. A fun read with pictures too.
