DOA Unit.. BUT NOT ALL IS LOST When I got it it was Dead on Arrival. I tried to use it and no water came out. I attached a picture of it trying to do a hot water cycle. So far so good, set up is a bit tricky I just received today (1.17.17) so far I am impressed. The unit looks brand new. Came with each component wrapped in plastic, no marks or scuffing visible. There is some under the plate the cup sits on, but again so minor. Quick startup instructions, easy to follow instructions for setup.
