Carafe leaks when pouring. The coffee is good the carafe is not. See my email to Cuisinart that follows.I just bought this unit on Amazon on January 28, 2018. Spout design is bad, coffee splatters out (instead of pouring out) We really like the look of this coffee maker. Makes coffee fairly fast and keeps it hot a long time. Also, the carafe looks great on the table for easy serving. So what’s our beef with this product? The spout design is terrible.
