Satisfying and light variety Just tried this, after trying the Ghana French Roast and the Ecuador Light Roast. This smells very chocolatey and rich out of the bag. As a drink, it does fall in the mid-range between the light and dark roasts. It has quite a bit of acidity, and is slightly bitter.
