Good product, but understand what you are buying Having previously tried Go! Coffee Energy and Grinds Coffee Pouches, I was not surprised by this product. In addition, the stuff is literally hard as a rock, and you really have to dig at it to get it out. Not much more than a tasty snack. It is basically coffee candy. I think it’s roasted and ground coffee beans mixed with honey and some other sweet substances. It isn’t gooey, but pretty firm until you put it into your mouth. Once it is in your mouth you can try putting it in your lip but it won’t produce much spit.
