M. Cosgrove says:

Precise and pleasureable! Good recipe instructions here – what I liked is that the author is VERY precise, and if you follow the directions you can actually make these sweets come out looking like the illustrations. And be melt-in-your-mouth terrific.

Audrey Paulduro says:

Absolutely awesome!!!! I chose this book because I wanted a book devoted to chocolate. This book delivered everything I wanted and then some. I recommend this book to those who want to learn more about how to make the best chocolate desserts.

Nana Cheryl says:

Dessert Pastry Chefs Delight Not what I expected. This cookbook is best suited for a pastry chef in a four star restaurant, not for the average homemaker/family cook making desserts for family and friends. However, it is a nice coffee table book since anything chocolate causes a chocoholic to salivate.
