Rounded bottom makes percolator dangerously unstable! Length:: 0:25 Mins This could have been a great little percolator. It’s nice looking, simple and the company seems like a pretty solid outfit. Unfortunately, the product itself is made with apparently no quality control process. THE BOTTOM OF THE PERCOLATOR IS ROUNDED! Obviously, it should be flat so it will sit on the burner right and not rock around in circles the whole time the water is heating up. Real steel, real glass, real wood. No plastic! There is so much junk to be bought these days. I like to buy a good quality product, and I really love it when it is a fair price. This coffee percolator is more than I ever could have dreamed of. It is just great great quality. From the real wood handle, to the real glass perk bulb. This is the only one I could find with a dome that was not plastic! This is the sort of product that I will leave to my kids one day. I could not recommend it enough. Very happy with this purchase. I purchased this percolator to replace another highly rated pot that I received for Christmas. The top spot welds on the handle broke on the other brand. I could tell right away that the Coletti Percolator was a far superior product to the one I initially purchased. It seems like it is made with slightly heavier gauge or higher quality steel.
