Great if Coleman would straighten out some serious issues!! I bought this percolator in 2013 and I use it everyday on my stove top. I love perked coffee and it is the highest capacity I can find. It is a pretty and well made pot. However… the stem and basket are awful! First off the stem is too short to bring the basket up to its proper height. Because of that you cannot fill the pot to it’s highest capacity unless you like a whole lot of grinds in your mouth. Secondly as so many other reviews stated the stem and basket are ridiculously flimsy. I…

Cheap I was getting just as many cups of coffee from my twelve cup percolator as this cheap imitation. The glass knob broke off about the 5th use and Coleman stocks no replacements. I’ll never buy another Chinese made Coleman product again. I also complained to Coleman and they wanted me to do a kabuki dance for any adjustment. If they had been closer, I would have thrown it at them.

Piece of garbage. The basket will not stand straight up Piece of garbage. The basket will not stand straight up, it flops against the sides, every time. This means you have to mess with the lid, to get it own. Every percolator, I have ever had, the basket stood straight up. The basket is made from aluminum, so thin, I could crush it, in my arthritic hands. Make coffee in a sock.
