I actually like them that way I have been buying these now for a few months from Amazon. I can agree that they are usually hard. However, I actually like them that way. They soften up once you let the candy warm up a bit in your mouth, which makes them last longer. I am so glad they have these sugar free. I was buying the regular sugar ones from Trader Joe’s, but I like these better. Less guilt!
Cheap wrapping Bought these as alternative to menthol cough drops/ fruity drops. Too much menthol cause bowel problems, if you know what I mean, and I got tired of cherry or lemon flavor sugar free pectin drops. I love coffee and these are real tasty, but the wrappers are cheap. I went to grab one and came up with 6 or 8 stuck together. The entire bag is like that. Can’t carry any in my pocket or slip a couple under my pillow at night. At this price, you’d think they would have wrapped them better.
Excellent Sugar Free Candy I have made several orders of Coffee Rio Sugar free candies. Almost all of the orders came without problems and very fresh. The only time I was not 100% happy was when ONE or TWO shipments had several candy wrappers partially off, thus making them stick to one another. Not many were this way, but worth mentioning….thus only 4 stars. I will continue ordering this yummy treat. I have Type 2 Diabetes so this helps when I have sugar craving LOL
