Don’t bother until this ebook has an update. No proofreading or editing was done. I downloaded this book some time ago and decided to make a coffee cake for breakfast this morning. The ‘butter icing’ was actually found out to be streusel in step 3. While making the cake, I noticed it was really dry and no where did it mention a liquid….oops there it in at the end of step 3.An experienced baker should be OK with this with a little experimenting. Not enough variety of types of cakes. Not that interesting. I was looking for new and different cakes. Too much the same recipe with just a few different ingredients. Might be ok for a beginner but not experenced cook.
