Great aside from cleaning bellows The pump action is great, and we like that a lot relative to the push button kind. The annoying part is when you go to clean the bellows in the lid, the instructions for removing the bellows cap plate are nonexistent, and it is difficult to remove. I just inserted a knife and twisted to get it around one tab, and did the same to get it back in. They could have made this much easier. Just one word of caution, otherwise great I just got this and used it the first time last weekend. It keeps things hot without a problem. I like the lever functionality better than a pushbutton, however one word of caution. I burned myself when I was reaching to pick it up by the handle and the handle was in the back, when I pulled the handle forward it press the lever and my other hand got burned. There should be a better design. Also the documentation is not very good, it doesn’t explain how to pull the lever up. Other than those…
Large capacity thermos that holds the temperature for about a day or two Great product that has lasted me for at least a year thus far. Keep in mind, though, you lose your tea’s ‘hotness’ after about a day or so. So you’ll need to make your tea on an almost daily basis; every other day at the worst.
