Better cleaning instructions needed Most of the parts are easy to clean, but to get to the pump proves to be somewhat difficult. The instructions do not say that you have to pry the lid opened with a small screw driver. They need better instructions and a better way to clean the pump.
Dents very easy. Just Very hard to push the button. Not for the weak of hand. Liquid will stay drinkable for a few hours but not hot. Dents very easy. Just okay
Works exactly as it should. Works as intended, the inside bits are plastic but the tank is stainless steel which is very nice. Also kept coffee/tea/chai hot for 6+ hours and that was more than what I was expecting for this. All in all a good purchase and would recommend it!
