Smooth I wanted to try something new and get away from the same brands like Starbucks and Peet’s. The taste is very smooth and although it’s dark, which I like, it is not overwhelming. Personally I enjoy adding flavored cream and whipped cream to my coffee. I use 4oz of water to keep the strong flavor and not water it down. There is just a unique boldness and taste that no other roasted coffee can compare to. The notes of plum, red berry and caramel are perfectly blended. This coffee is perfect for black coffee drinker but also good if you mixed it with cream. The medium roast has a great deep flavor. It is surprisingly delicious.
