Not all they’re cracked-up to be…….. I wanted to love the mugs. They are nearly identical to a pair purchased at a big-box retailer and we were looking for more of them. However, it appears that we are only able to love 8 of the 12 purchased. The 4 mugs representing the the balance of the two orders cracked. One cracked while the Keurig was brewing coffee into it while the other three simply cracked while sitting on the counter shortly after brewing. It would also appear that they seem to crack in nearly identical locations,…
Nice shape, bad quality I usually check the reviews but forgot to this time. Although I felt no seam while holding the mug, two of the mugs cracked on me from heat. On one of the mugs, the bottom fell off when I lifted the mug to take a sip of coffee. I then checked the other mugs and found one with cracks inside the glass. Fortunately, coffee did not spill anywhere but it was just a matter of time. To say the least, this product is not ready for prime time.
Be careful….might not want to use with hot liquid… I had similar mugs for years. I broke some, so I ordered these as replacement. Unfortunately my first glass, as soon as I poured hot water in it, it cracked! Attached are the pictures. Not safe. Update after using it for a while. They are made so cheap that the edges of each glass are so sharp you can cut yourself. Unfortunately I am throwing them out. Horrible.
