surprisingly smooth and balanced I usually drink espresso (very dark roasts) so this was a different experience for me. I also expected more of a acrid flavor in this since it’s a âdonut cafeâ blend and I thought it’d have more notes akin to the kind of cheap coffee that I’ve had at cafes or donut shops. Nice bulk bag, fresh smell, mild flavor without bitterness. Air tight foil bag allowed the beans to arrive smelling strong and looking oily fresh. Good earthy nut aroma when ground. I am use to drinking medium to bold coffees. Choose this for cold brewing yet since winter is here we have been making pots of hot coffee over the K cup machine. This is good enough to get again. It has a thick coffee scent. I have been experimenting with the water to coffee ratio. I can brew it darker but it doesn’t add more to the taste. I would call the flavor mild. It…
