This is my third one- I always come back to this one So as someone who likes hot coffee without wait time I love having this water urn all week 24/7. Worthless leaky urn I purchased this item June 9, 2014 and didn’t need to use it until almost exactly one year later. I wanted this urn because it was stainless steel and has a Yom Tov switch. Most urns are aluminum which I do my best to avoid. Within 3 months of use it started leaking and than it stop. This cycle kept up for awhile until finally the leaking is continuous making the urn useless. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
