Kepping, but not happy I knew it was used when I bought it, but did not know it was cracked in no less than four places, and the bottom has a huge chunk broken off of it. This is the only one that I have found that has large enough compartments to hold my 16 oz cups and lids so I am going to keep it. I am not trying to get any money back, but boy did I get hosed with the price. It is probably worth about half what I paid, but as I said I can’t find another large enough for my needs. My assessment of your product. It’s a great product for holding cups of that size. I just wanted one that would hold just 9oz cups. It just too big for my use.
