  • At CafĂ© Don PabloTM we feel that our coffee is the finest available. We use only the largest, most desirable Arabica beans, grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil in the lush mountainous terrain of the world’s coffee growing regions. These are award-winning beans that were cultivated by skilled farmers whose methods, knowledge, and passion for coffee have been handed down from generation to generation since the very first seed was planted.
  • We roast these special beans in small batches to ensure our customers optimum flavor and freshness. We have found that people who really appreciate a great cup of rich, aromatic coffee can taste the difference between our fresh, just roasted product, and others that are roasted by the metric ton by huge corporations. We hope you agree. – Darron J. Burke President, Cafe Don Pablo

Stale and/or soapy Being a regular morning/afternoon coffee drinker (French press method), but also not wanting to drink caffeinated coffee at 9 pm anymore to come down in the evening, I’ve been experimenting with some decafs over the past month or two. Some of my friends swear by Peets and I have tried it but the slightly fishy aroma is a turnoff. When the stuff is brewed, the “fishyness” goes away and it is drinkable but it lacks the “nuttiness” and rich bouquet of really good coffee. This is probably due to over-roasting in order to get some stronger flavor from a mediocre bean but it just…

Best Decaf Ever This is the best decaf coffee I have ever had. I decided to try it based on the reviews here, and I’m really glad I did. It is quite different from most coffee I’ve had before in that there is literally no sour or bitter taste at all. When coffee has that sour taste, I have to add cream. This is the first coffee that I’ve started drinking black because it’s that good.I appreciated the brewing instructions on the side that they give for various methods. Even though we all probably…
