Attractive cold brewer I’m giving “Nispira” 5 stars for their Customer Service alone. We did have a defective valve that leaked. Amazon would not replace the part without us returning the entire unit in original packaging, reordering a new unit, then credit my account, etc….. I immediately wrote to Nispira and they sent out a valve for free! That type Customer Service so important to me these days. I really do appreciate it, the replacement arrived fast and no leaks! A good value cold brew coffee maker that gets most of the important things right. This is a pretty good cold brew coffee maker. The glass is heat proof and high quality, and despite other reviews, I don’t see it breaking unless it really drops on a hard surface. The most important component for a quality cold brew is the drip valve and the one included is excellent and keeps a pretty consistent rate from start to finish. Great coffee, Great Valve , no stopper for storage. I’ve been making cold drip coffee in a much cheaper maker for a bit now and I love it. The issue with my cheaper unit was the drip valve. You would get it set to the perfect drip and come back 5 minutes later and it would be at a complete stop. This unit completely solved that issue for me. I just set it and forget it. Love it.The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there is no lid. I want to be able to take the 1000ml “beaker” and put a stop in the top and keep…
