Highly recommended. My experience with this coffee maker has been 100% positive. I purchased on a Tuesday and received on Friday. It’s a heavy duty appliance that I can see using for a long time. Nice. but Overall I like it but the cleaning procedure is very confusing, time consuming and not explained real well in the written instructions. Not something you can set and walk away from. The regular cleaning cycle takes a bit over 1 1/2 hours and the enhanced cleanning cycles take 12 friggin hours and again, you have to be present to do the two rinse cycles with little to no waiting between cycles.
