Love the knives, love the display block I got Chef’s Vision knives for Christmas (Cosmos series). They are sharp, well balanced and BEAUTIFUL.
Looks nice, but magnets are not strong enough See pictures. It looks amazing with my knives of the same brand, but the magnets are not strong enough to pull down the whole lengths of the blades. You can see that the tips of the knives stick up off the surface enough that they could snag on something in my busy kitchen, possibly resulting in broken knife tips or injury. This might not be an issue for others but it’s a show stopper for me, so I’m returning the board.
