How do you get rid of the âsiltâ at the bottom of cup? Bought this as a replacement for the one that came with my Cuisinart SS-15 (which I adore BTW). The original worked fine-ish but I would be left with about a teaspoon of coffee âsiltâ at the bottom of the cup – thicker, grainier coffee that wasnât as well filtered as it should be. After tolerating it for about 18 mo (but increasingly just using Kcups so I could avoid that problem), I thought maybe I just got a faulty one and I ordered a replacement. No one elseâs reviews point to this problem…
Disappointed it broke already I really liked this Cuisinart pod. I have a Cuisinart one cup maker and it fits perfectly and makes a great cup of coffee. The problem is Iâve had it less than a month and the lid broke, it snapped from the base
Part is planned to break, so you have to buy it over and over again I love this coffee machine for all its features and benefits, except one. The reusable filter holder is the worst! The top flap breaks off. And very soon after you buy it. You can still use the filter system after this piece breaks, but it’s junky. Makes me feel like I bought a piece of crap system, which the entire system is not. Just this critical piece. This means, unless you want to live with broken pieces, you purchase just this one part over and over again until you finally decide…
