Keeps Coffee Fresh But READ Review for Add Info I definitely like this item and would recommend it with some caveats. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and do think that the flavor of my coffee has smoothed by shifting it’s storage from the freezer to this canister, which is primary reason for my purchase. Perfect for Keeping Coffee Fresh This is the only canister I use for my coffee beans. It’s a beautiful canister that looks great sitting on my counter. I’ve purchased 3 canisters over the past 6 months – two of the large and 1 of the smaller. I have a large stainless steel and a smaller blue canister. Does what it promises I bought two of these to store my coffee beans. I buy my coffee from Costco and it comes in large bags, which necessitated buying two of these to accommodate the amount of coffee in the two bags. Before using these, I was using an old coffee container from Trader Joe’s that was large enough to accommodate the coffee beans, but it didn’t provide a good seal and the coffee didn’t stay fresh.
