Coffee is then held on our unique hot plate; which is engineered with a separate, independent element that rolls heat into the coffee to ensure an even taste from the first cup to the last drop. The hot plate holds coffee at 180° F, while never burning your coffee. After 100 minutes, the hot plate will automatically turn off. Must have for coffee lovers Brews quickly at the perfect temperature, smaller profile perfect if space is an issue, and is simply the best brewer you’ll ever own! If you don’t roast your own beans as I do, purchase some from a reputable roaster and store beans in an Airscape canister. Grind immediately before brewing and don’t buy a surplus of beans…a 10 day supply will assure that you’ll have fresh coffee in your cup.
Excellent quality – consistent brew Happy with the product and recommend. One note – the 8 cup coffee maker is 8 EUROPEAN cups which are 4 oz each. Didnât know this when we ordered and not a problem because itâs for two of us so one pot makes plenty. But note that European cups are generally considered 4 oz. Easy to clean.
What a horrible coffee maker compared to pour over or Bunn For about $300 for a coffee machine, made in Holland, no less, I expected something decent. Especially given the reviews and SCAA endorsement.What a disappointment. It’s plasticky. Lightweight. Cheaply made. Poorly executed and poorly designed.The shower head dribbles the water unevenly across the bed of coffee. If I had put the included cover on ( which serves no purpose) I might not have noticed, but much of the coffee is not directly wet by a steam of water. That…
