Bosch support is nonexistent I have had a Bosch cofeemaker for 6/years. They usually last only a year but since I like the milk product so much, I continued to buy one a year. I threw away my old one when it started exploding the creamers and searched for one on line. I bought a new one and returned it cause it did the same thing. Poorly engineered!!!! Do not buy!!!!!!!This product is poorly engineered. The heated water pressure causes the pod explode, and the result is a cup of coffee laced with coffee grounds, as well as grounds all over the kitchen counter.I am on my 3rd unit. I replaced #1 at a brick and mortar store, and #2 from Tassimo’s Call Center. The call center rep at Tassimo was very helpful, but this product is made in PRC (People’s Republic of China) and needs a complete overhaul. I am done and will…
