Notice: This product is not a “commercial” machine and is not designed for “high volume” applications. The machine body and clear walls are primarily made of plastic. Popping unlimited back-to-back batches is possible, however a single 8oz batch will fill the capacity of the machine. As with all hot-oil kettle popcorn machines, there will always be a percentage of unpopped kernels with every batch. The percentage of unpopped kernels will range from approximately 2% to 8%, depending on the type and quantity of ingredients used. Any unpopped kernels need not be discarded as most unpopped kernels can still be used as desired.

Great Popcorn Popper! This is a great oil popcorn maker. A good size and makes popcorn pretty fast. The only downside is once the popcorn is done the dropping of the pot doesn’t let all the popcorn fall out which leads to burnt popcorn. Easy solve: Turn machine off, drop kettle, then with the provided scooper just flick those little popcorns out and close the door. Please don’t rate this as bad because some of your popcorn doesn’t pop. Those of called “old Maids” and they are quite common in popcorn kernels…
Great machine so far! For the price this thing is great. I did receive a broken one, but they sent me the broken piece quickly without hassle. I made a batch of popcorn with a 6oz pre made pack and it tastes just like it came from a theater. It cleans up very nicely, and only took me about 10 minutes to fully clean. For the price you can go wrong! Its the perfect addition to my movie theater family room I’m setting up in my downstairs.

This isn’t as convenient as the air popper, as the clean up is more intensive, but the taste is great and it is so much fun to watch. There is not a container in the bottom, so we did put a baking pan in the bottom to make it easier to get a majority of the popcorn out. Next we will try coconut oil!
