Great Tasting Coffee I was a little skeptical to purchase this Philips 3200 Series Espresso Machine without any reviews found from existing customers. But my research of Philips and Saeco and the great price on this machine through Amazon, made it easy to take a chance on my own. Good choice. Recommend. The package came over very well packed. After quick assembly, I have prepared the water tank with a filter (even though I have filtered water from reverse osmosis).Since I had some coffee beans, I dropped some quantity into the coffee tray.The sound of grinding is not too laud.The first cap of coffee had terrible and bitter taste. Nice machine. Untrained customer service lacking necessary tools Great machine once I figured out how all the options worked. A big unfortunate is the customer service. As nice as they were they knew literally nothing about this coffee maker “because it was too new” and they “didn’t have a model on site yet to troubleshoot and train themselves on it”. So when something wasn’t working for me all they could do was read me the same manual that I had and after that didn’t work (obviously I had already read the manual) the supervisor suggested I please wait a few…
