Nice machine. Untrained customer service lacking necessary tools Great machine once I figured out how all the options worked. A big unfortunate is the customer service. As nice as they were they knew literally nothing about this coffee maker âbecause it was too newâ and they âdidnât have a model on site yet to troubleshoot and train themselves on itâ.
