Very good coffee, needs some improvements. First, I’d like to say what I like about this machine. It brews very good coffee and has multiple ways to tweak your preferences, i.e. grind strength, brew strength, whole or ground coffee, temperature, milk amounts and price point for a super automatic machine. The areas that Philips needs to address are 1) The machine turns itself off after 10-15 minutes so you have to go through another extensive warm up process for the next cup of coffee. Hands down the best Super Automatic on the market After 2 months of research and hands on demonstrations of the top consumer Super Automatic machines we took a chance on a new model with a new technology and its fantastic. We reviewed and hands on tested 3 Jira Models in the $1k to $2k range, the Breville and the Saeco Pico Barista. Ironically we were not able to do a hands on review of the 3200 but felt the review on Seattle Coffee provided us with enough information to make our decision. Great machine for the price, good beans makes a world of difference. This is an excellent super espresso machine and makes very good cappuccinos. The guts are the same as the two very expensive Saeco machines I’ve purchased in the past, but the ergonomics for filling liquids and cleaning has been improved. Be warned, don’t judge the coffee on first cup, it takes a while to break in and get consistentlg good flavor. Also, you really taste it if you use crap flavor coated or oily beans and it takes a long time to work the bad flavor out. The best beans I’ve…
