And we are clearly in the minority…RETURNED. We just recently got rid of our malfunctioning 5yo Keurig. We bought a German pod brewer that was reviewed positively…returned for various reasons. Now, we tried this one. I am not going to lie…it’s a beautiful machine. Very impressive looking with chrome, seems well made, European design, etc. Very pretty pods, as well. What appealed to me: Positive reviews, recyclable pods, European design.I was afraid to use the pods that came with it (wasn’t sure if I’d be able to return the…

When ordering pods, make sure they are correct size. The coffee was really good. I ordered more pods but they didn’t fit the machine I had. I would have to order to order a different Nepresso machine. The pods are expensive. They should make an attachment to use any coffee we want like Kuerig does.

Not instructions, not invoice is not good ! Perfect ! New!And I give you 5 Start but my package come with (((((NO instructions and NO invoice for return)))))thanks God the machine is in optimal conditions but the instructions and invoice are very important.
