The CITIZ Nespresso by DÄLonghi makes a wonderful, creamy espresso! I bought the CITIZ DÄLonghi Nespresso machine. I did a lot of research before i made my decision to buy either a DÄLonghi or a Breville. Great machine! This is a great machine for cappuccino and espresso, but I have not yet tried it for coffee. It sets up easily and works smoothly. It’s also easy to dismantle for cleaning. About the only fault I could find — and it’s really more of a nit-pick — is the water reservoir. Not as good as earlier versions of Nespresso machines This is my second Nespresso machine. The first one is still functioning extremely well but I liked the look of the CitiZ machine but it is not as efficient as the smaller machine. There is always coffee in the pod collection box. The pods get stuck frequently in the machine. It is necessary to try to fidget the pod out of the insert point to empty the used pods from the receptacle. Often coffee overflows and is in under the machine. Coffee is supposed to go in the cup not inside the machine…
