availability of pods this works pretty good, and the larger tank allows more cups between refills, but the company should put a team in place that understands the residual income of having available coffees. Finding them is ridiculous work, and the prices are all over the map – some being double or triple others. They sell one machine and then do not seem to care about selling coffee pods for years (revenue stream??) for that machine. Very poor business plan. Be careful when purchasing, as it may cause frustration…
More I use it, the more I hate it Havehad the Genio for many years until it finally gave out. I loved it but it is no longer available so I had to buy this esperta. The more I use it the more I hate it. Itâs bigger and clumsier and doesnât make very hot cappuccino. I wish I could find the genio.
