Easy to use with good, flavored coffee.(use of own coffee too!) Wanted a easy, sure fire way to make good coffee. I’ve tried about every coffee maker you can think of, and never quite get it right for my wife (who is MUCH more demanding for a good cup of coffee). What is very nice about this Keurig is that you can buy a separate attachment so you can use your own ground coffee. But she still prefers the pods as the better brewed.
First one sent didnât work. Kürig sent another that worked perfectly. As I said in the title. The first one sent didnât work at all. Itâs was DOA.We called Kürig customer service. And quite honestly we must have gotten a new guy or someone really dumb.He accused us of buy one that was off brand. When literally this is the Amazon Kürig shop! And the box is a Kürig box. Itâs kinda hard to miss.So after bickering with this man for forever we asked for his manager. He then caved and sent us a new one.So I guess I mostly won. This was a gift…
Worth the $$$ Worth the money, Keurig is a great product. 2nd purchase for one of their products.Was hesitant purchasing the color, Patriot Blue. It’s like a black/blue and rich looking.Would purchase again.
