For good roasting results,
We recommend a forced exhaust system that can handle
chaff collection, smell, and smoke generated during roasting.
Connct the chaff collector and Kandi fortis for the purpose of efficient air flow control
Exhaust air flow can be adjusted as desired increas the convection heat and circulate the warm air.
Finally, at the end of the roasting and cooling by the maximum air flow.
This is a multi-system.

The airflow is driven by low flow rate that only the chaff is transported.
It is possible to operate the system which is different from the cyclone type fast exhaust fan speed,
and can be expected new flavor.
