Iâm a starbucks barista so i already a little knowledge going into this, let me say that the âfrothing deviceâ is very pointless to me because if you take it off, you can make perfect microfoam by aerating the milk. Not a lot good about this machine. Received this machine yesterday and reviewed a set of very poorly translated instructions from Chinese. The water heating unit in this machine is the weakest link, it starts to deliver cool water after about one shot. You have to stop the pump and preheat a few times to make a double shot. The main functionality aside, this would be a good machine because the milk wand is pretty good and it delivers hot water, though not enough of it to be substantial.
