Easy to use and clean. Pours great coffee! This single coffee maker is great, I absolutely enjoy that it has 2 different ways to make coffee. I prefer to use the k-cups over the grounds but having to use the grounds is easy as well, you dont need to buy coffee filters just use the filter it comes with and wash it when done using.
