Poor Quality Machine for the Money This is my second DeLonghi Magnifica. The first one lasted 4 years before the steam handle broke (cheap plastic). I began having issues with my replacement 4 days after using it. I called DeLonghi customer service who put me through my paces with listening to the high whining sound when the coffee was pouring and when the rinse cycle activated on turn off.
