Absolutely love the machine The grinder on this machine has not worked properly since the first week of use. After calling the service center I was told that I could not use the dark roast beans because they are too oily and don’t go through the grinder correctly. I switched to a medium roast and it still does the same thing. DO NOT BUY!!! Paid over $1700’s for a this machine that stopped working in less than 2 months. The seller will not respond to emails and basically denied the exchange of the product that DOES NOT DISPENSE coffee. It’s a top of the line coffee machine that doesn’t dispense coffee, the comments advises new but it obviously was defective. DO NOT BUY THIS OR FROM THIS SELLER! They have poor customer service and who would pay this price for a product that lasts 2 months!
