Great product overall I read most of the reviews before I purchased this item even though it was top ranked online. I don’t understand why it had so many bad reviews. Everything came pretty much assembled and ready to go out of the box except for screw and lid assembly for griddle. I used all 3 within 30 minutes without instructions and all worked well. The coffee maker was well made and I didn’t have any worries about breakage with the handle like some other people did. Maybe it has been improved since 2016…
Not happy want a replacement The coffe pot slid out of the strip holding it!! Not happy at all about it had it 1 week and the strip is not syrong enough to hold the liquid shattered hot coffe and glass on myself.
INJURIES sustained NO STARS Griddle slides around on top and is very sharp. Sliced finger when putting it on top of unit. Made pot of coffee of 5 cups seeing as it does not hold 6 as it says and it overflows. Went to pour coffee into cup and handle came off pouring hot coffee all over my foot causing burns to foot and toes. It also splashed upon arm burning forearm near inside of elbow. Will be contacting someone for damages. Should have been recalled along time ago being there were previous complaints for safety…
