Baking Process:

STEP 1: 

First remove the baking basket from the fixed bracket, before starting to roast coffee beans, remove the stones and other debris by hand.

STEP 2:

After the basket is filled with coffee beans, use + or- on the control panel to adjust the roasting level as needed.

STEP 3:

Press the start button, the roasting time depends on the moisture contained in the coffee beans. Usually 6-8 minutes. 

STEP 4:

After heard 3-4 times popping sound, the moisture is removed. Press the baking button. the roasting light was on.

STEP 5: 

The baking process will automatically cool for 3.5 minutes. and the roasting light was flashing.

STEP 6: 

After baking, the power should be cut off. remove the coffee beans and place them in a cold place. After 6 hours, the smell will be better.

Cleaning Method:

1. In order to prevent water from entering the motor, you can only clean it with a brush, or dry cloth.

2. The baking basket can be washed in the dishwasher.

Kindly Note:

1. Please do not operate in a room with smoke alarm. Use it outdoors or in a really well-ventilated area.

2. Do not clean the machine immediately after use. Cut off the power before cleaning, you must wait for the machine to cool down before cleaning.

3. Can not put less coffee beans, the machine’s automatic timing system is only suitable for the relative capacity of the basket.
